David Tillman, Director and Mortgage Broker NZMBA member
David started this company in 1999 and it has grown to settling over $100m in mortgages each year. His emphasis on quality is reflected in the high regard held by lenders for David Tillman Mortgages.
David now spends most of his time providing mortgage consulting advice and developing new strategies to help clients save money and generate wealth.
Outside of work, David can be found pursuing his interests in Property Investment (a member of the Canterbury Property Investors Assoc), gliding or spending time with his family.

Although mortgage broking is primarily about the relationship between client and broker, working together as a team helps us to provide even better service for clients. Our brokers are passionate about their jobs, but
they enjoy their time away from work too. As a company we think it is important for brokers to have time out pursuing other interests; not only does it make them better able to connect with clients - it keeps them hungry and enthusiastic to get the best possible result for their
clients. If your broker is away, there's always someone else from the team available to provide the same consistent, high quality service.
