Mortgage Freedom
What a wonderful feeling it is to buy a home. A place of your own, the freedom to do what you want with your house and the satisfaction of knowing that any money you spend is not lost to a Landlord.
You don't think much about the Mortgage at first - what the Bank says goes. If you've got time you hunt out a good interest rate and maybe ask for fortnightly payments because people tell you they're best.
