Our Lenders
Before you look at the list below, consider this: each lender is a little different... they have to be or we'd all get our mortgages at the same place. Therefore, not all mortgages are best for everyone. Of course when you go to a bank or lender they will tell you the benefits of what they offer. They are hardly going to tell you, "Yes, you can have our mortgage, but go across the road to that Bank because their mortgage is better for you". At David Tillman Mortgages Ltd we find the mortgage that best fits you; a Bank makes you fit their mortgage!
We use the term 'lender', because strictly speaking only some lenders can be categorised as Registered Banks under the Reserve Bank Act. The list below includes most of our lenders and finance providers:

Note: ANZ and NBNZ have combined as ANZ National Bank but they continue to offer separately branded mortgage products.
Banks such as BNZ and Kiwi Bank do not currently offer their products to mortgage brokers. They are part of a competitive segment in the mortgage market that is well represented by our panel of lenders and we have been able to offer clients highly competitive alternatives that they have happily accepted.
